If you are a Member of a client’s referral program, we may collect the following personal information about You either directly from You or from our client for use on their behalf to manage the referral program.

  • Redeem your rewards and issue payments to you

If you believe that one of Our clients (a “Sponsor” of the referral program you’ve been entered into) or Your contacts has provided us with your personal information and you would like to request that it be removed from our database, please contact us at privacy@goexponent.com.

 

EXPONENT collects information on behalf of our clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals with whom our clients may include using the Service(s) unless they opt-in to EXPONENT’s Terms of Service themselves. If you are a customer (“End-User” or “Member”) of one of our Sponsors and would no longer like to be contacted by that Sponsor or included in their referral program, please contact the Sponsor. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Sponsor of the referral program. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

 

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain Personal Data we process for as long as an Account is active or as needed to provide the Service(s). If you wish to terminate your Account or request that we no longer use Your Data, please contact us at privacy@goexponent.com. We will retain Your Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, maintain accurate financial and other records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete all Your Data on the expiration of 30 days after the termination of your Account, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
